Bangkok New Siam Food Limited Partnership
Bangkok New Siam Food Limited Partnership was established on July 30th, 1990. Located on 171 Soi Ngern U-Dom 1, Bang-Cheuck-Nung , Talingchan, Bangkok.
It was started as a family business by Mr. Udon Yongsiriwan. His recipe is savory and has unique golden brown color which later became brand signature. The golden brown oyster sauce that provide savory taste, enhance food smell, doesn’t make the food look darker than it should, and can last a year in room temperature before opening.

The factory started at 720 liters capacity per day producing oyster sauce under its first brand called “ Nok Talay” or “Sea Bird “. First we supplied local customers in China Town and nearby vicinity by forming great relationships with customers by exchanging goods, bought raw materials from customers and customers bought products from us.
Our goal is to produce best quality products with reasonable prices. Because of this, the products became well known very quickly.
